Bart Biermans studied pharmacy and Medicine at the University of Utrecht. After his medicine study he founded The Body Clinic, a branch of cosmetic clinics in The Netherlands. Apart from being a cosmetic doctor Bart developed a strong interest in healing methods, being different from the regular western ones that are based on pharmaceutical medicine. This leads him into a 5-year study of holistic therapy and Bart was graduated as a Wim Hof Method Intructor in 2015. Since 2020 Bart is not longer working as a cosmetic doctor and created his own method, “The Below Zero Method” and gives workshops and retreats in this method.
 
At the New Yoga School Bart Biermans will teach breathing classes. The power of breath will make a strong connection with your subconscious mind in which a lot of autonomic processes are regulated. As a doctor and holistic therapist, Bart will guide you step by step on this incredible journey. A journey that will improve your health, your emotional balance and strengthen the confidence in your body and intuition.
