Willpower, courage, stamina, daring, energy
Today our practice will be focussed on self reliance, disease prevention and control of the muscular system both as promoting the parasympathetic nervous system

Class 3 - June 8th
We honor the qualities of the Venus
Attraction, love, relationships, beauty, harmony
Today our practice will be focussed on the spine, sexual nerve strength, our sacred, creative organic growth, mercy and compassion and the life current & opening of our heart
