Sound Healing Concert

During this concert you lay comfortably on a yoga mat, covered by a blanket, with your eyes closed. Leaving the day behind you, feeling carried by the ground underneath you, you allow yourself to be taken on a healing inner journey of sounds, music and silence.

Irene shares sound healing and music straight from her heart. She uses instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, a frame drum, guitar, handpan and world music instruments and sings beautiful ancient mantras coming from Tibet and India. Allow the healing sounds and vibrations of these instruments and mantras to move through you and allow your experience to be exactly as it is.

For thousands of years people have been using Sound Healing to help a physical, mental or emotional imbalance heal and to return to our most natural state of being: inner peace and harmony. You could see it as a natural medicine!

What to bring?

- Wear warm and comfortable clothes and warm socks
- Yoga mats, blankets and meditation cushions are available for you
- Feel free to bring anything you like to make your experience even more comfortable; like a cushion, an extra blanket, eye pillow, etc.

About Irene

Irene is an energetic healing therapist, yoga teacher, musician and former medical doctor. After working in Western medicine for several years, she followed her heart and studied to become a yoga teacher. In 2014, thanks to Jose Antonio Manchado, she got in touch with Rigpa Energetic Healing, a Tibetan energetic way of healing that changed her life. Eventually she left her medical job behind her to fully focus on sharing pure and natural ways of healing. Irene gives private healing sessions, Yin Yoga classes, Sound Healing Concerts, online programs and more. Music and sound healing are a big passion of hers, and in 2018 her first EP ‘Sound of Life’ was released, which you can find on Spotify.
